Key features
What WorkSuite Office does for you
Documents, spreadsheets and presentations
All three in one editor, with PDF alongside them, so there is nothing else to install.
Opens Word, Excel and PowerPoint files
Works with the formats your clients and suppliers already send, and saves back to them.
WorkSuite Drive on the home screen
Recent, Shared with me, Starred, My Drive and search, each document shown with a preview.
Versions, not copies
Every save becomes a new version of the same Drive file. Save as puts a copy in any Drive folder.
One sign-in
Sign in with your WorkSuite account in the browser, or in one click from WorkSuite Desktop on the same computer. Several accounts are supported.
Windows, macOS and Linux
Windows 10 or later, macOS 12 Monterey or later on Apple Silicon, and Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora or RHEL. DEB and RPM installs update through your package manager.

Overview
WorkSuite Office is the desktop editor for the WorkSuite platform: documents, spreadsheets, presentations and PDF in one application, compatible with the Word, Excel and PowerPoint files you already exchange.
It signs in with your WorkSuite account and puts WorkSuite Drive on its home screen, so files open and save in place. Every save is a new version of the same Drive file rather than another copy, and new documents go straight into the Drive folder you choose.
Early access. WorkSuite Office is currently in beta (9.3.2, released 7 October 2026). Beta installers are not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen and macOS will warn you the first time you open one.
